How we got here
Set up in 2007 by award-winning production company Superkrush Films to further their community work, Engage Media is a not-for-profit community film production company who work within the community helping them to develop their creative skills and to further their education or employability. We have worked with groups as diverse as young asylum-seekers and refugees, young offenders and young people at risk as well as being involved in education through Creative Partnerships. In 2009, we won an Royal Television Society Award for our short films called SHANK and a lot of our films have been shown and celebrated in national and international film festivals.
